Undergraduate Catalog Description: Symbolic and numerical techniques of integration, indeterminate forms, infinite series, power series, Taylor series, differential equations; polar coordinates, applications. Fall and Spring semester. Prerequisite: A grade of "C-" or better in Math 142 Calculus I.Course Goals
- Develop a thorough understanding of the concepts and techniques of integration, sequences and series (including power and Taylor series), and a developing understanding of differential equations.
- Further develop the ability to apply your knowledge of calculus to solve unfamiliar problems.
- (Further) develop skills for working effectively with others on mathematics problems.
